Oral presentations and Poster Sessions
For the on-site presentations, we ask you to upload your file (powerpoint or pdf) on or before Sunday, July 2.
For the remote presentations, we ask you to upload your file (up to 12 minute video file) on or before Thursday, June 29th
For poster session, we ask you to provide a file (Video or pdf) on or before Monday, June 26th
Please use a filename as either ORAL_LastName or POSTER_LastName as appropriate and upload your file using the button corresponding to your session below.
Many tools are available to generate a video file containing the presentation and the presenter’s comments. One option is to use the recording capabilities of webinar tools such as Zoom, Team, or GotoMeeting. Another option is to use the recording option available with the PowerPoint application. Please note that video length must be 12 minutes or shorter.
